Lizzano, 2016 Rosé ROSAE Rosato Del Salento IGP, Puglia Italy, 750ml

This Rosé is made with Negroamaro grapes from Salento in the southern part of Italy in Puglia. Full of fruit, it tastes of raspberry, sour cherry and pomegranate, with a hint of rose petal. The wine is  full-bodied, fresh and balanced on the palate. Excellent with Italian appetizers, fish soups, baked fish and young or slightly seasoned cheeses.
