Hand-picked and hand pruned, with love, at optimum maturity from our red loam winery vineyard. These aged, low yielding Riesling vines display the typical Mintaro Flavours of fresh lemons and limes with crisp, slatey acidity. Brilliant in clarity with excellent line and length on the palate. Our winemaker's comment, "it's one of my best!"
