In the territory of Altamura, on the Appulo Lucanian borders, in the greenery of the Murgia of Bari, our purely artisanal production is born.

Attention and care in the choice of raw materials, all certified by internationally renowned bodies, give taste and quality to our pasta. We adopt long drying processes, which vary from 12 to 18 hours, at low temperatures that do not go above 50 degrees centigrade, thus safeguarding the nutritional values and resistance during the cooking phase. All the pasta is produced with bronze drawing which gives it that typical wrinkled and porous character that retains sauces and condiments. We are IFS and KOSHER certified.
