A soft and approachable yet has rich, ripe fruit flavours and balanced acids to make for a full, rounded palate and lengthy finish. The grapes were harvested from the vineyard at night to ensure the fruit remained cool during the extraction process. It was a long and cool ferment giving texture on the palate.
